Courageous Whisper Coaching is for female veterans and inspired women ready to write their next chapter, gain crystal clarity on what actually matters to them, and find the courage to pursue it without the weight of old patterns holding them back. Time to turn your superpowers into successes!

I created CWC to be a space of trust, safety, and exploration. A place to dive into what desires have been whispering to you. Its mission is to empower. Shift can only flourish in a supportive environment, and I’m here to hold that space for you. Together, we’ll discover what’s possible, one courageous whisper at a time.

About Me:

I grew up as an only child in the mountains of Upstate New York, where independence, resilience, and curiosity became second nature. Those early years shaped the foundation of who I am today, someone who sees possibility and isn’t afraid to chart a new course. Humor and curiosity are my constant companions and I thrive on meaningful connections, thoughtful conversations, and moments that inspire courage. That spirit led me to a 21-year career in the United States Air Force and the Department of Defense. Along the way I recognized that I loved the mentoring, coaching, and personal development. Whether it’s exploring new places, diving into “weird history,” or connecting over a hike, bonfire, beer, or good food, I believe in the power of authentic human connection. Listening to people’s stories and desires lights me up because I truly believe YOU CAN. Witnessing potential unfold always moves me.

What to Expect:

My coaching style blends the tenets of positive psychology, ACT and appreciative coaching. We'll start with 12 one-on-one weekly coaching sessions. To start off, we'll co-create the topic of your journey, explore your values and strengths, and discover and shed old behaviors. All of this is in service to your journey, you are the driver. I just provide the vehicle! My goal is to be an empathetic listener, a straight-talking coach, and a warm hug when you need it most.
